1. Watched a few videos on form so I didn’t injure myself.
2. Started with the bar then slowly added weights (10, 20, 22, then 25’s).
3. Practiced EVERY DAY!
4. I also did kettlebell swings to strengthen similar muscles needed to perform cleans💪🏼
