It’s been a busy year of jumping in head first to amazing opportunities in the world of real estate investing in pacific beach, San Diego, one of the most cut throat-over priced markets there is! But when done right very lucrative. After saving for the past couple years with my arbitrage properties, I was able to finally purchase not just one 4 plex but another 3 plex as well with strategic planing, working as the interior/ exterior designer, and general contractor squaring away over 7 units in less than a year and over 20 units in 3 years! Seminar coming soon, jk. I love being an athlete, a business woman, artist, and adventurer who’s always learning, pushing myself to new limits, and inviting new opportunities and experiences daily. We are all blessed to be multidimensional and I’m happy to be exploring all of my gifts God gave me.
