There were no stylists
I was working in London so I went to a few stores
This was the only thing that somewhat resembled an old fashioned movie dress
So I bought it, found some matching-ish jewelry which I bought ( eventually stolen from me )
I had no idea how to do my hair & makeup so
That’s it
While things have stepped up a bit. There was a lot more creative individuality, however odd…
There was no “ who are you wearing?”
People weren’t walking billboards
They weren’t Ads
Always trying to sell you stuff
They were individuals
