Deborah Ayorinde Instagram – Transparently speaking, I often get really nervous before public speaking engagements to the point where I get tempted to avoid doing them. But, much like most fears, everytime I choose to have the courage to say yes and do them anyway I always end up filled up, reminded of why I enjoy them so much, and reminded of why itās important for me to use my voice and open up and share my journey with others.
My talk yesterday at @sohohouse was a pure example of this. It was a beautiful safe space for me to be open and honest and as I poured out I was filled up.
