On another note, I haven’t been actively going for fashion events since I never really found my passion for fashion, kinda a lost puppy in this arena if I must say so myself. Lately though, I slowly understood the true connection between fashion and identity, though being consistent within the process still feels quite foreign, I have so much respect for how much mental work it actually takes to muster effortless style and fashion. I grew up dressing simply and focused more on other forms of art, but being surrounded by fashion lovers in the industry, I slowly but surely began to “arrive” by having fun and experimenting with what I wear. Although it still may not be a concept I naturally have a knack for, I’m privileged to be sitting and actively working with exceptional talents in the local fashion industry.
