Gabby Logan Instagram – A weekend off the sporting life.
1-Posing with @kennylogan11 outside the OG @leonrestaurants in Carnaby Street taken for our mate @johnv_leon -we sat round his dinner table trying out recipes back in 2003 and then watched his and Henry’s dream become a reality 🙌🏻 when this place opened in 2004.
2- Our pal @johnbish100 what a beautiful funny and heart felt show at the Palladium
3- @bimma81 upped the cultural ante with this masterpiece – 3 hours long and Kenny managed it 🙌🏻
4-the brilliant @the_one_from_hull to round off the weekend with a superb, tight and painfully funny show (@mellychaps this app has cut you and Collette off!)
5- I just love them – that’s all. @adidaslondon
6-thought you might like to know this, so easy but so full of goodness.
7- Banksy traffic jam cultural bonus.
Now back to the sport.
Gabby Logan Instagram – This week I’m joined by one of the great voices of our time; broadcaster @nickyaacampbell We discuss Nicky’s professional versatility; his midlife diagnosis of Bipolar and ADHD; how his beloved dog, Maxwell, helped him through a mental breakdown; his antics on The Masked Singer and why sometimes you need to do something purely for the fun of it!

Nicky also talks about the moment he realised that the sexual abuse he and his classmates had suffered at school was publicly known, and he had to truly confront what had happened to him. Nicky was inundated with calls and emails from fellow survivors; some middle aged men had never told a soul about what had happened to them prior to speaking with him. He shares how it was emotionally challenging, but that galvanising the survivors to seek justice is a great source of pride for him.

We also speak to Simon Gunning – CEO of suicide prevention charity @calmzone – about how talking openly about suicide as a human behaviour might actually help prevent it.

It’s a powerful episode, listen now 🎧
