Grammy nominated singer-songwriter @rufuswainwright , accompanied by @pacificjazzorch led by @chriswaldencomposer , will perform Weill’s songs as well as some of his own compositions inspired by the German-born composer.
Weill’s best known work is ‘The Threepenny Opera’, written in collaboration with Bertolt Brecht, which included the ballad “Mack the Knife”.
