Sharing the recipe to one of my favorite go-to smoothies that literally tastes like a PB J sandwich! ๐ฅ๐
PB J Smoothie
1-2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder (I like @truvani for this)
A handful of frozen berries (I love using a triple berry blend!)
1-2 tablespoons of raw, unsalted peanut butter
Half of a frozen banana
6-7 shakes (or โshushesโ ๐) of cinnamon
With the frozen fruit, no ice necessary, but you can add it if you like! You can also do a few sprinkles of flax/chia seeds for added fiber and a little spinach for a serving of greens ๐ Blend and enjoy!
P.S. Again, I love various spice brands for various things – but cultural curries require cultural curry powders/pastes – you canโt cross-pollinate if youโre cooking authentic cultural dishes! | Posted on 01/Mar/2023 03:18:06
