Ilhan Omar Instagram – It’s caucus night! I can’t wait to see you tonight across the Fifth District as we build the community we want to live in. If you’re still on the fence about whether to attend your caucus, I want to share what our movement is fighting for. We deserve to have safe, living wage jobs that support our transition to a green economy. We should be able to afford rent and get the healthcare that we need. Our local government should be supported by the federal government. Our schools should be funded & college students shouldn’t struggle under a mountain of student loan debt. We should have a voice in our government. And that government should reflect our values at home & abroad.
