As citizens of the whole world, we are joining our voices to demand urgent justice for Brazil’s indigenous peoples. We reinforce the call of indigenous leaders from all over the Amazon Basin and beyond, and we ask you to mobilize all efforts within your reach to prevent a historic injustice being committed by the Chamber of Deputies against the indigenous peoples of Brazil. We refer to the approval of Bill 490/2007 and its annexes.
This is an issue of extreme urgency in terms of global climate change, the rainforest deforestation crisis, and indigenous peoples human rights. Please share, spread the word and ask all your followers and friends to sign the petition and stop the approval of genocide.
