Photography is a powerful tool – sharing with the world what one eye sees.
I’m often told I make it look easy. So let me be clear. It’s an enormous challenge, and an honor, to be one in 10 photographers/directors who is a woman; to be one in a 100 who is a woman of color. And I am grateful for the challenges, that made me stronger. To combine grit with glamour, insights with innovation, progress with power, and focus on the good.
So embrace the light with the darkness.
