Jo Frost Instagram – It’s a tall order …and Just so unfair for parents and young children. Do you agree? #Helpingfamiliesshine💫
Jo Frost Instagram – It is our responsibility as parents, not the teachers or the grandparents but us as parents to invest in our children’s welfare. Let’s make wiser choices even if we weren’t raised the same way. It’s really tough and incredibly sad to watch an over weight toddler run completely out of breath or a 5 year old with capped silver teeth because of too many sugary, high sodium foods. We’ve all seen the children on social media who were noticeably overweight and NOT due to any medical condition but due to a lack of parental education and gusto from parents to do the right thing. Even if you comment for concern you are labeled as ‘fat shaming’ . .. Children video game too much, watch & swipe too much on phones. Let’s change that for them… after all we get to regulate. And when you do watch the difference in their behaviour,energy and mental health. 😊 It’s never too late, never too late to start parents, I hope this is received with the loving intent it was sent.
