For everyone who doesn’t like almond flour, here are 2 ingredient (ok 3) gluten free donuts that can be high protein if you use Greek yogurt.
Note: if your dough is too wet and sticky add more flour and vice versa
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup gluten free flour or regular self rising flour
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoon baking powder (leave out if using self rising )
Use oil on your hands to prevent it from being too sticky
Air fry at 350 for about 8-9 minutes
