You need :
Chicken breast or thighs
1 cup cilantro
3 or 4 limes or lemons
5 or 6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pulse the marinade ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Coat the chicken and marinate for about an hour or longer (it’s just better this way but you don’t have to)
Bake covered at 400 for about 40 min and then uncover, raise heat to 425 and bake 15 more minutes or until full cooked the way you like it.
