Kelsey Barnard Clark Instagram – Snaps of some good for the mood time I’ve carved out this week. Mental & physical health has become by #1 priority over all. Here’s a few things I do to keep myself in check:

1- Move my body. I love my @synergyhealthandfitness workouts.
2- Keeping my home clean, organized & as efficiently running as possible.
3- Flowers.
4- Dog petting time.
5- One on one time with each of my kids D.
6- Reading & journaling early morning. I pick a lesson or self-reflection type book that I focus on.
7- Music.
8- Cooking good food that’s good for me & eating it outside.
