Laura Vitale Instagram – Easter menu times 2! I always like to give you a couple options in case you’re going full on American style or a bit more Italian/Mediterranean vibe. Few things to note. Some recipes will be exclusive to YT and some exclusive to IG so keep an eye out on both platforms. The cocktail is the same for both because it’s just so good and easy and it works and so is my sweet Easter bread because it truly goes with anything either to have for breakfast before or after church or at the end of your meal with a cup of coffee or tea. The potatoes and broccoli rabe recipes are in my book, I’ll share videos of them but the written recipes will be there. Pastiera is a must have but didn’t include it because I know not everyone grew up with it but the recipe lives on my site and in my book so you’re covered. If you’re not a lamb person (not many in my family are but wanted to share it with you anyway) I’ll show you how to make sensational lemon garlic roasted chicken that will be so soft and tender you’ll love it so you can sub that if you want.. many of the recipes already live on my site but I’ll be updating and sharing as I go. I’ll post the menus in stories now so if you want you can screen shot, crop and print on some card stock and use them on your place setting at your table (really is quite beautiful I must say). If I’m missing anything or left anything out just let me know, I hope to have all the recipes out to you by 3/27 so you have a few days to shop, plan and prep! Hope that helps!
