For far too long we have played the stupid game of lying about our age for fear of not being accepted. But what that has cost us is shame, anxiety, and insecurity instead of celebrating the gift of life with every passing year! Bottom line, we are not guaranteed our next birthday. And for many of us, if we passed away tomorrow, the first thing out of everyone’s mouth would be “wow, they were so young!” SO YOUNG! Listen to that! Stop calling yourself old! Stop being ashamed of the precious years you are being gifted. Stop living in the lie. And stop playing the game! Instead: 👉🏼 Focus on the amazing wisdom and learnings you have acquired with every passing year. 👉🏼 Focus on the amazing experiences you have collected. 👉🏼 Focus on the great friendships you have formed. 👉🏼 Focus on taking care of your body and mind so that you can feel young. 👉🏼 And stop judging others and yourself for the years you have been gifted on earth. If someone doesn’t accept you for how long you have been on earth, that’s their problem NOT YOURS! My hope is that this message sets anyone free who has been dreading their birthdays!! Lives too short! Instead it’s time to celebrate who you are and where you are in life!
