Lilián García Instagram – Statistics say we break about 80% of the promises we make to ourselves. That’s staggering and yet totally believable. In fact, in certain situations it’s 100%. 🫣 I was in that statistic and still not 100% with every promise I make myself but something that has helped me tremendously reduce that statistic is that I now make the promise to the little girl inside of me, and some reason, doing that holds me accountable to her.
