Luana Carolina Instagram – Que semana meus amigos, tive que fazer muitas escolhas no ano passado, escolhas difíceis, mas garças a Deus acredito que estou no caminho certo. Nessa luta já consegui colocar em prática mais o meu trabalho como atleta, executando os ensinamentos do meus professores, e mostrando ao mundo que a Luana Dread ainda não chegou no seu potencial máximo. Ainda não sou a lutadora que eu quero ser, mas vocês podem ter certeza que irei treinar muito para isso.
E muito obrigada a todos que de alguma forma colaboraram para que eu chegasse até esse momento.

What a week my friends, I had to make a lot of choices last year, difficult choices, but thank God I believe I’m on the right path. In this fight I have already managed to put my work as an athlete into practice, implementing the teachings of my teachers, and showing the world that Luana Dread has not yet reached her maximum potential. I’m still not the fighter I want to be, but you can be sure that we will train hard for that.
And thank you very much to everyone who in some way helped me get to this moment.
