Getting back into the swing of things after the Christmas break and New years, for most people, has been difficult.
And whilst I am definitely an advocate for pulling up your big girl pants and just getting on with it, building a solid morning routine is definitely helpful and makes it that little bit easier.
It could just be 3 things from the below โฌ๏ธ
โข Glass of water with salt and lemon + adaptogenic coffee
โข 5 minutes breath work (best on an empty stomach)
โข 15 minutes daylight exposure (I do this with me
writing a to do list for the day and gratitude journalling)
Honestly, if you are able to get in movement in the AM, nothing like it ๐ช๐ป
My favourite one โฌ๏ธ
โข I try not to use my phone until lโm ready to start the working day. If you feel overwhelmed or are finding yourself constantly checking emails / wasting time scrolling sometimes even whilst STILL in bed TRUST ME this is a game changer. Iโve never sipped my morning coffee so peacefully.
