1. If you ever feel anxious, ask yourself, “What am I the most afraid of right now?” – articulate it and accept it. Then, it no longer has power over you.

2. Actively seek out people with differing opinions from you. My best friends all think so differently from me (legit), and i love it! Sharing with each other and learning new perspectives allows us to make the best well-rounded decisions for ourselves.

3. If it feels scary, run towards it. You never not gain from challenging yourself, even if it feels embarrassing.

4. Your music does decide your mood ☝🏻

5. My personal mantra. Not everything needs to achieve a goal or make sense. Do the toot thing 😙 it’s more fun anyway!
