If you’re like me, you were probably first introduced to MINMI alongside Nujabes while watching late night cartoons on Adult Swim catching every Samurai Champloo episode that aired. Little did I know at that time as a young American boy the impact she had on the Japanese music scene, and I even had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know her in person.
