Misty Copeland Instagram – As we say goodbye to Black History Month and hello to Women’s History Month, I’d like to honor my mentor, Raven Wilkinson, the first African American woman to dance for a major classical ballet company. She opened doors for me and so many others to have opportunities she couldn’t even dream were possible.
