Young people have an abundance of energy and sport is very healthy and social way in which to express themselves and vent that energy. By banning futsal arenas, hundreds of thousands of youth in Kathmandu will now need another way to vent that energy and there are very few options that are as healthy and social. Banning an entire sport in fear of some suspected misbehavior is like building a house with no doors and windows so a thief can’t get in.
