Circe was beautiful but “The song of Achilles” has taken a different spot in my heart. Madeline Miller spun an entire world inside me with the Greeks, Trojans, gods, their egos, a mother torn between the love for his son and the love of his son, the extremely descriptive war scenes ….but what rises above all is the heartwarming love story that will break you into a million pieces. I close this book with a heavy but happy heart!❤️
