Core, upper body, wrists… Never been my strong points.. after practicing for a while I stopped worrying about what all I’m NOT able to do and just kept practicing the basics… During this process my wrists stopped hurting, my core and upper body started getting strong ..and before I knew it I was doing poses I never imagined I could!
Yoga has taught me patience, helped me unlearn my habit of quitting and the realisation that nothing else really matters as long as you’re consistent!
