PS – this is not me ignoring problems, it’s my way of refocusing to peace because for me, that brain state is much more productive at gaining clarity of action than coming from a place of fear and doubt. Everyone’s activism is different but in my eyes, its what the world needs right now. Not everyone has the luxury to take hours changing their neural pathways, specially those in the middle of war zones. It may feel like you’re not doing anything unless you’re getting angry and upset for them. And if that feels good for you, I support it. On the other hand, your peace is a vibrational gift to the whole planet. Change yourself, and the world changes.
