Ingredients :
100g sugar
4 medium eggs separated
1/2 cup kahlua
500 g mascarpone
Coffee
Chocolate powder
Lady fingers
Whisk 100g sugar with 4 egg yolks over a water bath till its at 70c
Whisk in mascarpone (careful not to over whip or it will get lumpy )
Whisk egg whites till stiff peaks
Fold into mascarpone mix
Soak lady fingers in coffee and kahlua mix quickly and layer in a serving pan.
Layer the mascarpone mix and repeat till again.
Dust with chocolate powder and out in the fridge for atleast 3 hours or overnight to set !
