This community oriented bird is monogamous and mates for life with the same partner.. they are romantic in nature and fly with their wing tips touching… aka flying holding hands 🥹 cute right?
When @loverofthegarden and I were doing our research leading up to the set, we decided to make the theme of this particular daytime set a tribute to the birds, and our communal nature ✨
It was an epic moment of collaboration with @loverofthegarden adding ceremonial vocals, @eagle_condor_synergy adding percussion and vocals, and Carlos @cardan_balam_musica weaving with many of his ceremonial Mayan instruments.. I actually met him the night before the set and invited him to come and play with us spontaneously. Neither one of us had heard each other’s music yet, but the creative vibes were there 🙂
Azani also made a special appearance for a little b2b baby moment 😉 he made me a very happy auntie to show him my point of view from the decks as we have had a lot of fun playing with music on my babysitting moments 🙂
