Alhamdulillah for yet another year. This time hits different on so many levels. Somehow, it just doesn’t feel quite right to be celebrating with all that’s happening in the world right now. With my partner in crime being thousands of miles away, Probably it’s a blessing in disguise to a mellow yet humbling day spent with just my Little Scorpio, a quick drop by to check on things at work and a slice of cake as acknowledgement 🥲 I’m Just thankful and grateful for life, my family, my child, my cats, a roof over our heads, a safe place I call home, the opportunity to start a new family venture and the little things I’ve been taking for granted knowingly and not knowingly. I appreciate those handful of people who have kept me in their thoughts, wishes and prayers too.
