Good luck to all the nominees.
Our work of storytelling is so important for keeping dreams alive and well in all who take this journey with us. It seems like a lavish life (and sometimes it is) but it can also be pressurized and alienating. I hear actors say “I want to reach people at their core” so if any of these nominees touched your heart this year in a way that made you remember who you are and/or appreciate the many details of this layered life, they did their job.
Wherever you are today is right where you’re supposed to be.
