Sarah Ferguson Instagram – During my recent visit to Burnley, I was delighted to have the opportunity to meet some of the wonderful police dogs and horses of Lancashire Police Constabulary who serve the community alongside their officers. I am proud to be the Patron of the the National Foundation for Retired Service Animals, a charity founded by Lady Bathurst, which supports retired service animals and their families with vet and medical bills in their twilight years, when they might otherwise be rehomed or may not receive the treatment or care that they need.
