Sisse Marie Instagram – I’m amazed by the female body! My admiration for her grows daily, recognizing her strength and incredible ability to create life. I feel a deeper connection between my body and mind—no more battling but rather trusting and following her lead. She knows the nutrients she needs and how to breathe. When I work out or go on a hike, my breathing falls into certain patterns naturally. I feel that by listening and surrendering, everything is taken care of. I express gratitude to my body daily for being so resilient and intelligent. This newfound love and relationship are something I’ll strive to build on even more in the future because it certainly hasn’t always been like this. Like many other women, I used to only focus on her flaws and imperfections. Right now, I’m just in awe of her brilliance.
