I joined other moms and moms to be for a day of wellness with a light yoga session and sound bath. Two things I love! I was able to meet other mom creators which was a highlight for me since I don’t have a lot of Mom’s with kids my age that are local to me. Super grateful I was able to go! I left excited and refreshed! @deddehhoward
