Useful drills trying to get back to being lighter on my feet and working on switching weight around equally on both feet. Every day is a mini win and closer to my former self 🙌🏼 I want to be stronger than I was before it all went wrong. My comeback is very personal.
To think I learned to walk again 3 months ago, I must celebrate every success along the way.
