Caption : Social media นอกจากเป็นพื้นที่ให้แรงบันดาลใจคนในหลายๆด้านแล้ว ในทางกลับกันก็เป็นเครื่องมือที่สามารถสร้างความเจ็บปวดให้จิตใจ หรือ ลดทอนซึ่งคุณค่าที่มีอยู่ภายในได้ จากความรู้สึกน้อยเนื้อต่ำใจ เผลอไปเปรียบเทียบ ตัดสิน จากแก่นแท้ภายในใจที่ยังไม่มั่นคง อ่อนไหว และการเห็นคุณค่าในตัวเองไม่มากพอ 🙂 การแก้ไขเบื้องต้นคือ หยุดหรือพักการเล่น social media (social detox) ถึงแม้จะเป็นการแก้ไขปลายเหตุก่อนก็ตาม แต่เป็นวิธีการที่ดีที่สุด ณ ปัจจุบัน หากเรายังไม่สามารถรับมือกับสิ่งที่เห็นหรือเกิดขึ้นได้ 🙂 ขั้นตอนต่อมา คือการหันกลับมาดูแลตัวเอง ทั้งกายและใจ ทบทวนและยอมรับกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างไม่หน่ายหนี เผชิญหน้ากับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยความเป็นมิตร กลับมามองเห็นคุณค่าภายใน เรียนรู้ที่จะรักตัวเองจากภายในอย่างแท้จริง รวมถึงการเป็นมิตรกับด้านดีและด้านไม่ดีภายในตน การตัดสิ่งที่รู้สึกเป็นพิษต่อกายและใจออก ตัดเสียงภายนอก หรือมาตรฐานที่ผู้อื่นสร้างและบอกว่าควรจะเป็น เพราะท้ายสุดแล้ว เราทุกคนมีสิทธิ์เลือก และเราเองเป็นผู้ลิขิตชีวิตตน ค่อยๆฟังเสียงเล็กๆภายในใจ เดินตามก้าวเล็กๆทีละก้าวในจังหวะของเรา 🤍 Until we meet again – มัดหมี่ พิมดาว #Mutmeesays (บันทึกไว้ ๑๐ มกราคม ๒๕๖๗) #เตือนตนเองต่อไป
