2. They ignore it and then close it OVER ONE YEAR LATER without providing all the records…
3. I tell them to reopen and comply with the law.

FYI: I submitted these requests to determine how much Miami taxpayers have spent defending the multiple corruption cases against Commissioner Joe Carollo — including ones where he was sued in his PERSONAL CAPACITY and taxpayers are NOT LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE but have paid anyway.
