Blake Williams Instagram – I figuired out why i crashed @freestylekings it was the first helmet I’ve worn in 20 years that didn’t have a #JP911 sticker (not the real reason but I’m happy to blame that instead of running out of talent 😂) Got one on there now though!
First helmet with the #JP911 sticker was the @foxmoto @hartluck replica with the red speed wind 👌🏻 the matte black was so sick and ahead of its time, still one of my all time favourites 👏🏻👌🏻🙌🏻 also landed my first backflip wearing it too 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Also here’s a sneak peak at everyone of my helmets since my BMX days (minus the blue Cobra in the last pic, if anyone has one laying around and wants to sell it I’ll buy it!)
Also a look at some of my favourite custom painted lids from over the years, Jack Sparrow is probably my most favourite of the recent ones. Also my very first custom painted helmets from 2000 and 2001 by Wildstyle graphics – funny story about the Shoei with the yellow and blue stars, it’s not the original, that one is somewhere in landfill by the Taupo tip in NZ, i raced a mud race and all my gear was in garbage bags and after washing my bike, all my gear and even helmet liners it was time for bed but when i got up the persons house i was staying at had seen a garbage bag sitting in the garage and threw it in the bin and it just so happened to be rubbish day 😫😫😫 so i had one re done a few years later just so it wasn’t missing from the collection.
2005 @camsincs and i got similar helmets done by @electrobrownieland, had Koopa Troopa on the back 🤘🏻plus the @troyleedesigns fin/speed wing whatever you wanna call it, i loved them things!
Pretty limited to how custom my @monsterenergy helmets can be these days but @apdesignsusa sure has done some sick ones over the years! The @lego, @starwars and @disneypirates are definitely my favourites a long with the new BOOSTED @jayoarcher skid lid 💚
Over the years I’ve worn HJC (1998-99, 2001-03 once in 2007) Shoei (2000 and once in 2006) @foxmoto (2004, 2006-07, 2009-18) @661protection (2008) and now @bellhelmets since 2019 🤘🏻
