Whipped Cream
1 c cold heavy cream
1-3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
✨Place a large bowl, whisk or beater attachment, and heavy cream into the freezer for about 15-20 min✨
Pour the heavy cream and vanilla into your chilled bowl.
Beat on medium speed until slightly thickened, about 2-3 min.
Add in the powdered sugar (I used 2 Tbsp. Use less or more depending on how sweet you want it) and beat again until soft peaks form, another 1-2 min
Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. I recommend eating it right away.
