Cardamom Simple Syrup
1 c sugar
1 c water
3 Tbsp crushed cardamom pods
In a small saucepan over high heat, add in all three ingredients.
Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover & simmer for about 5 min.
Take the saucepan off the heat and cool completely. Pour into a jar with a lid and place in the frig for about 3 days.
