Chris Hughes Instagram – Please read 🤍 for those who don’t know, Kitty’s Light runs in The Grand National today, and there won’t be a dry eye in Liverpool if he can win it. Christian who trains Kitty, is a great man, gave me the pleasure of riding this horse, but more importantly his daughter Betsy was diagnosed with cancer and has gone through hell and back, and continues to bravely battle away, which no young person should ever have to even consider. Rounds of chemotherapy, blood transfusions and hair loss, but still she smiles on with her older sister by her side. Christian and the family deserve the world, and horses really do give you happiness, they have a power to ignite something inside you that you never knew existed. Kitty has done this for the family on many an occasion, and I hope today is the most special day of their lives, and no family deserves it more on the world’s biggest stage.
