At a time where it was OK to be manly and masculine, brother Carl showed us what that could look like and not have to feel ashamed for being it.
Brother Carl, your talents were deeply appreciated, and you will be missed. Your work as Apollo Creed will forever cement you in the minds and hearts of your audiences. And one of my all-time favorites, Predator, stands out for me whenever I want to watch one of my nostalgic favorites. You smashed both these roles as only you could.
