Emeka Nwagbaraocha Instagram – It’s been ONE month since I started my workout Journey and I haven’t been as consistent on Anything as I’ve been on this, Like the song says I carry am for head like GELE. Earlier on this journey I was working towards “a goal” but currently I realise that this is for me, this is a step towards something that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.
One thing I’ve learnt from this journey tho, is to JUST SHOW UP once you’re in the gym, you must do something at least and every input counts. I’m glad I started and I ask for grace to continue at it.
