Pearson Instagram – 56 years ago today, a sniper’s bullet in Memphis took the life of a man of God, a loving husband and father, a servant of humanity and a crusader for freedom and Justice. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s impact on Black lives, America and our world can never be overstated or truly measured. Today, we remember the man and the conscience of a generation for his country and humankind. To honor his life and legacy is to see Justice as our North Star and pursue it with the fervor, inspiration, selflessness and wisdom of Dr. King. From city hall to the statehouse to the White House: Let freedom (and Justice) ring.
