Matt Preston Instagram – A sad sauce just won’t do to for these simple but bougie 2-ingredient homemade burgers so I’ve chosen a new @muttipomodoroau Classic sauce to elevate things further.

INGREDIENTS
400g minced brisket
100g smoked bacon or speck, minced or finely chopped
10 small dinner rolls
1/4 iceberg lettuce (shredded)
Mutti rich and bold tomato sauce to slather on at will
