Matthew Berry Instagram – I spent 5 years working for @dkaufma106 at ESPN. Incredible boss. Loved working for him – those 5 years were among the best of my career. I was so upset when he told me he was leaving to join some startup called “The Athletic.” WELL. I’ve desperately wanted to work with him again ever since. After The Athletic grew and ultimately sold to the NY Times for over half a billion dollars (with Dan leading both their editorial team and all non subscription revenue) and we launched Fantasy Life I’ve been trying to recruit him for over a year.
