Great nights kip in my @cymrucamperfurniture after yesterday’s mission. Legs are a little tender this morning mind but that was to be expected I guess. Even better, my knee’s held up a treat which I’m really happy about.
Today I’m off to see @martynfordofficial as he puts me through one of his gym sessions then off for a roll at @rollersnakes
Tomorrow I start my mission to Scotland to visit the @stoltmanbrothers @luke.stoltman & @tomstoltmanofficial
