Owain Yeoman Instagram – I AM IRONMAN! (well, half Ironman at least 😂). So elated and proud to have completed my first half Ironman triathlon (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile Bike, 13.1 mile run in 6 hours!) at the 2024 Oceanside @ironmantri This is especially sweet for me after disc surgery a couple of years ago that made me worry I would never be able to participate in the sports like these that I so love! It was exhausting and truly the most rewarding feeling ever to cross that line. I owe such a huge debt of gratitude to my wonderful wife @gigiyeoman and my daughters Everbelle and Phoenix who put up with months of Dad in training- you guys are all iron women! Thanks for supporting me and cheering me on. So lucky to have your love! I adore you all.
