Raymond Braun Instagram – It’s extra special to be running the Boston Marathon during my Mom’s birthday weekend. Boston is one of her favorite cities (if you know Theresa, you know she loves her Red Sox!) and she’s always loved the excitement of Marathon Monday.
It’s so meaningful to share this experience with her and my Dad because nothing I do would be possible without the love, countless life lessons, and belief-in-self they’ve instilled in me.
Growing up, I was never athletic and didn’t have any big sporting moments for them to attend. I love that we can now share in these events together, especially when it’s for a mission so close to my heart: inclusion in sport with #Runner321 and supporting @chrisnikic and @albert_marshall321.
