Richard Blais Instagram – I love this clip because it illustrates the bouncing back and forth that we have to do as mentors on @nextlevelcheffox conceptualizing with the chefs, technically guiding them sometimes, warning them of some of the pitfalls they may encounter. I wish as a viewer you could see the whole cook as it’s incredibly fast paced on each floor with so much knowledge and experience being shared. I am a rabbit in these kitchens making sure to spend intense, impactful and efficient time with each cook. This was a tough challenge as the bento box needed to have many components completed and some of the contestants I was working with for the first time.
